The National Science Foundation (NSF) requires establishment and enforcement of such policies as part of the new data management requirements of the Idaho EPSCoR program. These policies are intended to supplement standard legal constraints (such as Institutional Review Board [IRB] requirements); they are not intended to supplant or create conflicts with other institutional and legal requirements. These policies will be reviewed annually by the Data Management (DM) Working Group in consultation with the GEM3 Executive Leadership Team (ELT) .
