The other files in the folder are graphs, excel spreadsheets, and JMP analyses of the data that went into the paper. For file 8_29_13, there are a number of worksheet tabs. The following refers to VT-GF all corr5. The others are different subsets of the data. GF-all corr is the grower fields, VT is the variety testing sites, VT-GF is the combined data. Some of the data sets have the 0 values removed, below the threshold. There are three Rhizoctonia species- AG8 refers to Rhizoctonia solani AG-8, RO refers to Rhizoctonia oryzae, and 2-1 refers to R. solani AG 2-1.
